We are so grateful that you entrusted Murphy to us for these last four years. He was our first rescue and came to us after a lonely year that followed the loss of our previous OES, Sampson. I'll always remember driving to Norfolk to meet him and the delightful Kerry and her crew. I took him home and he spent the first evening sitting on the couch with Chris, looking at us, looking outside and getting acquainted. He settled in, won our hearts, then charmed and delighted everyone he met. He was our boy, our best buddy, the center of our family universe. Even as we were sitting with him and saying our goodbyes, the staff members at the vet came in to share their condolences and reiterate what a lovely boy he was. And he was all that and more - a great dog and a wonderful boy.
