Please join us in offering our most heartfelt condolences to Burt and Dorie on the loss of TOESR dog, Baxter, who passed away recently after a very brief illness.

Baxter came to TOESR as one of a pair of sheepdogs who had been used for breeding. Both had heartworms, which we successfully treated Belinda was lucky enough to foster both of them during their recovery period. And knew after reviewing one specific application, that Baxter's perfect home was in the mountains of NC where he lived a wonderful life, until his passing. We know the grief Burt and Dorie feel but also know what amazing memories Baxter has left behind. RIP Baxter.
