There are just some dogs that stand out in a crowd. Jethro is one of those dogs. Turned in to our rescue by a reluctant owner who'd loved him dearly, Jethro immediately won the hearts of all that saw him. We were the lucky ones that got to foster him and after weighing all the home possibilities and discussing it between us, we decided Jethro should stay right where he was, with us at Muttley Manor; but ONLY if he could co-exist with our flagship fella, Chunk! Luckily the two boys get along well and Jethro also enjoys our other five dogs, although Pilot's not sure if he's a dog or a member of the equine family!

Jethro has become quite the celebrity. We had the pleasure of experiencing taking him to Petsmart recently and it gave us a taste of what it must be like to be the entourage for a rockstar. By the time we left the store, everyone there knew Jethro and had managed to lay hands on him.

A huge boy, Jethro is the best natured of fellas. He's great with children and sweet and loving. He also has another tie to a past group placement, Diesel, who is his brother and living in Florida. We speak frequently and have taken to calling the two, the Twin Towers!
