Morgan came to TOES from a shelter near Asheville, NC. His days were numbered & he appeared to be such a sad boy. Morgan received vet care, was shaved down & found a forever home all in one week! Thanks to Dee & Steve Lowrey, I'm happy to report that Morgan is now the pride of the neighborhood & is much loved.....I'm also told that Morgan is really enjoying his daily walks & his car rides & new adventures. Thanks to the Lowreys for opening up their hearts & home to Morgan.
