Sparkle came to the group as a victim of yet another economic issue. She was immediately a hit on the website, being a beautiful, smart and energetic young girl. Sparkle met several families and everyone fell in love with her.

We received an application that stood out from the rest however. Debby and Bob owned a male Pyrenees and Bob had owned an OES previously so we had all our bases covered with the experience factor! All that remained was to see how Debby and Bob's Pyr, Thor, accepted Sparkle...after a four hour drive to 'meet' Sparkle, it was true love; not so much with Thor but with Debby and Sparkle....

The last we saw of Sparkle was a huge white head between the seats, heading up the drive to her new home. Debby reports that Sparkle (now Zena!) came into the house and it was like she'd always been there. Thor is still adapting but we're sure they'll adjust....Zena and Thor!

Many thanks to Debby and Bob for making the trek on the 'chance' that Zena would be returning with them! We hope to hear more stories of the big white dog....such a beauty!
