Harry - Adopted!

When we first heard about Harry and Julie (Ginny/Jewels), they were headed towards Winston-Salem for an animal shelter in the western mountains of NC. Their owner had been put in a nursing home and no one could take care of the two OE's....unfortunately they weren't in the best of shape and spent a couple of days at a boarding kennel and then on to Muttley Manor for fostering.

Once they were cut down, it was discovered, under all that filthy hair, lay a somewhat skinny, little male OES with a VERY sweet disposition! Harry, once neutered and vetted immediately became a different dog! Along with his comrade in rescue, he thrived from having a regular scheudule to follow. Since Harry appeared to be attached to his female friend, we chose to try to place both dogs in the same home. This can be quite the feat but not impossible! And, then a rescue 'awwww' moment occurred....John and Wendy Kiernan contacted us about both the dogs and their story is history. Along with their two other dogs Cozmo and Dudley, Harry and Julie/Ginny/Jewels are now part of a wonderful and loving home.

So many thanks to John and Wendy for taking these two precious 'littles' into their hearts and home....we look forward to hearing more of their antics in the future!
