Frank Sinatra came to TOESR after being rescued from a breeding facility in the area. We were advised of the situation and a huge 'thank you' to Courtney and her family for not only taking Frank in but the other three dogs (poodles), who Courtney rehomed as well. Although Frank settled in to his new home, Courtney's special dream was for Frank to find a home where he could be 'number one'! As the applications started coming in, we were contacted about the possibility of adopting Frank by a family who'd been on the TOESR radar for some time. It was immediately apparent that this could be Frank's perfect home. We're happy to report that Frank is adjusting to his new life like a champ and he not only has new humans but a great new buddy in Rocky the cat.
