We were initially advised of a mother and several sheepadoodle pups who'd been turned into a shelter out of state. With quite a bit of help from one of our TOERS volunteers, we were able to pull the one remaining pup named Lilac. Less than a year old, Lilac's journey was full of changes, including first being fostered by her original volunteer and then, due to a personal emergency, moved to another of our volunteers and foster home for care. Interestingly enough, we were contacted by Linda who also had another sheepadoodle and was looking at adding another to their family. Lilac was an immediate hit and is now living a great new life with her new family & being called Lila! Thanks go to Tracy, to Samantha and most certainly to Linda for giving this great young pup that new opportunity!
