Duncan came to TOESR as the result of a very reluctant owner release. Being a young dog, he hadn't been neutered and needed to be fostered until that process happened and long enough to assure he had healed. Once Duncan was able to be posted as an available dog, there were quite a number of amazing homes just waiting to be approved. We are happy to announce that Duncan is now a permanent new family member with Evelyn & Dennis and receiving lots of love and attention.. Duncan is quite the traveler and seems to garner quite a fan base wherever he goes! Thanks to Mary Jo, Steve and Sammie for such good care of Duncan and to Evelyn, Dennis and Crystal for giving this young guy a great new life!
