Charlie joined TOESR as a reluctant owner release whose family realized that he needed much more attention than he was receiving. After a trip to the vet's that provided his neuter, shot updates as well as addressing minor health issues, Charlie was ready to find his forever home. He was moved from his original foster home to another foster home, but even though the resident sheepie & Charlie got along, it seemed destined that Charlie's new family resided elsewhere. Enter Alston and David! After being approved without question, a miracle transport was set up and Charlie finally found himself 'home'. Since then, Charlie has settled in and even has a canine sister who's been teaching him to bay! Thanks to Samantha, Marianne and the transport personnel but most particularly Alston and David for making sure Charlie gets the love and attention he so richly deserves!
