Kosmo joined TOESR as the result of a very reluctant owner release. There were quite a few excellent applicants interested in giving him a great new home however one family stood out. Dan and Debbie are now acclimating Kosmo to his new environment. We hope to be able to share more photos and Kosmo's transition in the near future.
