Charlie
Eliza came to TOESR through the efforts of some compassionate volunteers who rescued her after finding out she'd been living for three years, chained to a trailer. She'd been without care except for someone who came to give her food and as you can imagine, was a mess! But through the work of some dedicated vet staff members, groomers and transporters, Eliza made her way to TOESR where she immediately went into foster care. Most surprising, Eliza had the sweetest, loving nature and immediately her foster home and all those around her, fell in love. Eliza's situation has worked out beautifully. She's now known as Charlie. She loves her new home, she's in good health and they adore her. Her only issue seems to be a horrible fear of thunderstorms, understandable since she'd been chained outside for three years. Thanks to all the volunteers who were instrumental in making this a success story. Most of all thanks to Jeanie and her family for giving this sweet girl the life she was always meant to have.
