Ozzie came to TOESR as a reluctant owner release. Through the best efforts of a very dedicated staff at Top Dog Training & Boarding, we collaborated to find a perfect home for Ozzie who had special handling needs. After an extensive search, a mutual decision was made on a new home. Thanks specifically to Jennie for all her input and time but most of all, to Michelle and her family who were and are committed to giving Ozzie the best possible of lives!
