Chellie came to TOESR with the help of a very dedicated animal rescuer who had Chellie's best interests at heart. This rescuer went the extra mile to make sure Chellie received vet care that she desperately needed at the time. Once she made sure Chellie was comfortable, she contacted TOESR so we could find the best possible home for her with folks who would give her the love and care she needed. While we had quite a few applicants, as in so many cases, one stood out. After going through all the processes, the decision was made for Chellie's new home. This rescue involved a lot of folks. First, thanks to Brett for being Chellie's saving grace, to Tammy and Tim for fostering and most particularly to Chellie's new 'parents', David and Sara. We know she'll now have the home, care and compassion she deserves!
