Luke was introduced to TOESR as a reluctant owner release. His prior family felt that a new home would be beneficial to Luke's well-being and provide him with more one-on-one time. When a great home presented to us immediately with Ross and Eddie, the plans began to transition Luke. Thanks to Marianne for her amazing transport skills!
