Jasper came to TOESR as the result of a very reluctant owner release. Jasper's family loved him dearly but due to a series of unfortunate events, they felt that another home would give him a better life. There were several great applicants interested in having the opportunity to make that happen. However, Greg and his wife had an edge with the patience to segue a young sheepie into a new environment. Thanks to them for giving Jasper a new, loving home.
