Tigger came to TOESR as the result of a reluctant owner release. As part of a 'foster to adopt' scenario, Tigger came to Samantha and Chris in the midst of some of their home renovation projects but made a huge impression on the contractor with his laid back and adaptable personality. Like a pro, Tigger went through his medical vetting without issue and all that was left was signing the adoption contract! This was truly a great match and one that was meant to be.
