Toby came to TOESR as a very reluctant owner release. Due to a series of personal circumstances, it was determined that finding a new home for Toby was in his best interests. There were quite a few applicants that qualified to adopt Toby but one family stood out. We want to thank Lori and Tim for opening their hearts and home to Toby. We look forward to hearing great things about his new journey.
