Three year old Bleu came to TOESR after his second home determined they thought he'd be better off with another family who had more time for him. Bleu was transferred to a foster home but due to some territorial issues with the resident dogs, he again needed to be moved. Once in a secure foster setting and vetted, the applications began to flow. Although there were several excellent applicants, after meeting him, Bleu's new family stood out as special. So many thanks to Scottie, Tom and Bonnie for making Bleu's transition an easier one for him. Special thanks however to Patty and Ron who fell in love with this sweet fella and have opened their hearts to him. We hope to hear more excellent progress reports in the future.
