TOESR was contacted by not one, but three prior homes for five month old Amma. Through no fault of her own, this sweet and beautiful young sheepdog had been involved with five different owners. We were lucky to have the full cooperation of several of those wanting to help make sure that Amma found just the right home. Things fell into place, transport became available, a foster home was found and then the search for the right home began. After a deluge of applicants, it became apparent where Amma was destined to go. There are so many people to thank for this particular rescue. First, Gavin, Caroline and April, all of whom loved Amma and made the initial contact. Thanks to Brandy (and Stella) for some excellent fostering care. But the truest thanks go to Carol, who opened her heart and home to Amma. Reports are that Ms Amma has become quite the goodwill ambassador where she resides. And we're sure that this will indeed be her forever home!
