Wilbur came to TOESR as a reluctant owner release. It was quickly noted that this was one special dog. With his youth, a great temperment and an all around beautiful fella, we started receiving a huge number of applicants wanting to be his new family. Things work out as they should, however, and in this case our foster family simply 'failed Foster 101.' Thanks so much to Gwen and Jim for making WIlbur's new life one that will be filled with love and fun!
