Colby came to TOESR as the result of an owner release. While cared for in his prior home, as a 'youngster' he'd become a bit more than the owner was able to handle. Colby immediately presented himself as a truly intelligent boy, one wanting to please. It didn't take long for the applications to start coming in for potential new homes. Jeff and his family made an excellent case for fitting the bill. We want to thank Stephanie for all her help and most particularly, to Jeff and his family for providing a great, loving home for Colby. Reports are excellent on the progress he's already making!
