Charlotte came to TOESR as a referral from one of the northwest NC shelters as a stray. She wasn't in good shape and had multiple tumors, but we were lucky enough to have volunteers there to help out.

Charlotte was vetted, spayed, and had her tumors removed which were found to be benign. She then went to one of our premier foster homes. Once we had evaluated Charlotte's demeanor, we began the process to find a new home for this deserving girl, and we found that particular family. We want to thank Heather, Ray and Betsy and particularly Debby and Alli for the love that they give every day to this most special of girls!
