Jackson came to TOESR after we were notified by a local shelter that he'd been returned reluctantly by his owners due to financial issues. When our volunteers went to visit and evaluate Jackson at the shelter, he made such an impression with his sweet demeanor, we knew we needed to rescue him quickly.

With the help of our Charlotte volunteers, Jackson was soon on his way to his foster home. Pamela, who'd lost her TOESR dog, Pandy, several months prior, was very interested in Jackson and the rest is history. After one meeting, Jackson had a new forever home. Many thanks to Allie, Brandy, Tom, Gwen and of course, Pamela for giving Jackson a new beginning. Reports are that he's having a great time with his new family.
