Ghillie

Ghillie came to TOESR as a very reluctant owner release. For any owner, a much loved companion is extremely hard to have to turn over to a rescue, but sometimes there's simply no option. Ghillie was one of those situations so we were very careful to make sure that he was going to a home where he would be loved and cared for, as his prior owner would appreciate. After a short while, we were contacted by a family who has been looking for just such a dog to become one of their family. Things seemed pre-destined because Ghillie was able to attend our TOESR picnic and his prospective family were also there; it was love at first sight.

After our process of checks and balances, Ghillie found his way to his new home with Shane and Richard and their resident dog, Higgins.

Thanks so much to everyone involved with this remarkable adoption: Allie, Kerry, and Brandy for making this happen and most importantly, to Shane and Richard..thank you for opening your heart and home to such a great dog. We plan on seeing much more of you guys in the future!
