Maggie

Maggie came to TOESR as the result of a series of well intentions that didn't work out. Maggie was given as a gift to her original owner who didn't have time for a puppy. She was then sold into a situation where she was again purchased as a 'gift' for someone who really didn't want her. Luckily, we were able to bring her into the TOESR family and make no mistake, from that time, this dog knew she was in good hands. Take note that Maggie's foster mom almost failed 'foster 101' herself but with that perfect rescue spirit, knew that Maggie had a different path to follow. There are so many people that constitute good homes for dogs. Maggie has gone to one of those. Having lost one of their two TOESR sheepdogs recently, this family wanted to - once again - make a rescue dog one of their own.

We have several people to thank: Allie for the coordination to make this happen; to Brandy for being a superior foster mom (and for Stella's help) and finally to Janet and Harry who have never lost the drive to give these sheepdogs their love and support.

Maggie is making a difference, healing hearts and becoming a major part of her new home.

Thanks to everyone that made this stellar adoption happen!
