Higgins

Higgins came to TOESR as a very reluctant owner release. He'd bonded so completely with his family that transitioning him to a new environment was going to be complicated. There were several good applications for Higgins but one stood out. Eddie and Ross had lost their sheepdog recently and found their home wasn't complete without one. After lengthy discussions, it was apparent that the patience to make Higgins comfortable was there. We all met on a beautiful afternoon, and although Higgins was clearly nervous and confused, new reports are that he's doing extremely well with his new family! TOESR thanks Eddie, Ross and Ishi (Higgins' canine sister) for giving him the love and patience he needs.
