TOESR was contacted by Sassy's owners when their personal health issues made it impossible to take care of her. Sassy had been with the couple from puppyhood so making this decision wasn't an easy one for them. Sassy is an OES/Pyranees mix so we were very pleasantly surprised when a potential adopter presented almost immediately.

Many thanks to everyone involved with this placement, Allie for coordinating the logistics and most particularly for Joy, who fell in love with Sassy and along with her mother, made a very long drive to make the transition possible. Sassy is reportedly coming right along and acclimating to her new home. We hope to have more good reports in the future!
