Hugz came to TOESR as a stray who luckily was picked up by a Humane Society that contacted us. It was obvious from the beginning that he'd been someone's pet but attempts to find an owner failed and we simply could not return him. With that being said, we searched for a new home that would give Hugz the care and love he needed.

We have so many people to thank for this adoption. First, to the WV groomers who took Hugz under their wing, to Bonnie for her help in transporting and to Pete for his fostering; to the staff at Forsyth Vet Hospital for their care and most importantly to Mary and Dennis for their realization that Hugz was the perfect fit for them.

Updated reports are that Hugz is transitioning well in his new home and is happy and loved. We look forward to reports that things continue to proceed successfully.
