Quigley was originally placed as a rescue by TOESR to a wonderful home. Unfortunately as sometimes happens, a family member developed extreme allergies to dogs and unselfishly considering that Quigley needed much more interaction than they were able to provide, asked us to rehome him. So began the search for a new forever home. While we had numerous great applicants it was determined that Quigley was simply meant to make his new home with Charles and Marion and their family! Even the winter weather couldn't stop this adoption, and by all reports, Quigley is fitting in perfectly.
