Lucky came to TOESR via a kind-hearted person who rescued him from the side of a major highway. She probably saved his life by stopping and taking it upon herself to make sure he was safely moved to a local shelter where he was held until we picked him up. Lucky spent his time with TOESR in two separate foster homes. It seemed fated that his new owner was looking for a sheepdog mix that fit Lucky's description perfectly.

Intially exhibiting some behavioral issues, Lucky is now quite successfully transitioning to his new environment. We have to thank Sheryl, Ellen, Jim and Julie and most particularly, Wanda for giving this dog a much better life! Thanks to all!
