Rocky came to the attention of TOESR while in an out of state shelter. He was scheduled to be euthanized due to his size and lack of space in the facility. Luckily we had a TOESR applicant who was close enough to head to the shelter and bail Rocky out, sight unseen. Reports are that Rocky has become the apple of not only Jeff's eye but his 90+ year old mother as well.
