Harley

Harley came to TOESR as an owner turn in. His original family didn't feel that they could give him the attention he needed, and we assured them we could help. Harley had a few issues to work through. He was extreme in his reactions to large trucks - and to motorcycles in particular - and lunged and strained when leash-walking. With some very special attention and lots of work from volunteer John, Harley has improved greatly!

Mark and Diana had recently lost their beloved OES, Rembrandt, and Mark was attracted to Harley from the minute he saw his listing on the TOESR website. The timing was perfect and after working through some logistics for home visits and transport to his new family, Harley went to his forever home on July 17.

All this wouldn't have been possible without some very special help from John who spent quite a bit of time working on Harley's issues. Thanks as well to Allie for her untiring enthusiasm and being at the right place at the right time. I had the pleasure of transporting Harley and loved sharing some 'road time' with him. Most importantly thought, thanks to Mark and Diana for giving this wonderful boy a loving, caring, home.
