Riley came to us from a high kill shelter in SC. He literally owes his life to some devoted volunteers at that shelter who just couldn't see such a fine dog face certain euthanasia. After a great transport and foster experience, luck was on Riley's side. Sue and Phil saw his picture on our website and fell in love. They'd recently lost their own dog, Pepper, and wanted to give another rescue dog a chance at sharing their home.

Belinda met them after another transport, and Riley made his transition well. Phil's own words to Belinda on meeting their new addition was that 'Riley has a new address and that was going to be 'easy street!' Thanks to an absolutely wonderful network of rescue-oriented folks that made this adoption possible. Erin, April, Randy, John, Pat and of course Sue and Phil, you are all held in special high esteem from TOESR!
