Lilly and Ollie - Adopted!

It's always hard to place a 'pair' of dogs with the same family, particularly when they're considered older than a lot of people want. Ollie and Lilly came to us as an owner release, but were fostered by their owner. Although they were listed on our website for quite a while, persistence does pay off!

After undergoing altering procedures and complete veterinary check-ups for both, Ollie and Lilly went to their home the second weekend of April 2011. What troopers they were in tolerating a 13 hour ride and remaining sweet natured the entire time.

Their new owners - Mary Beth and John - have given that extra effort to make sure both dogs are comfortable and loved. Reports coming back tell us that the dogs have attached themselves quickly, and 'it is like the dogs have been there forever.' We can't wait to see pictures as the dogs progress with the care and love they need and deserve.

Thanks in particular to the staff at Forsyth Veterinary Hospital for 'making this happen!' And of course, a special thanks to Mary Beth and John for the foresight to see beyond current appearances to the beautiful dogs that Ollie and Lilly are!
