Lexi - Adopted!

As too often happens, TOESR received a call from a distressed owner. Lexi's owner needed to move to a nursing home and was unable to take two year old Lexi with her. We stepped in, and with the help of volunteers Carol, Sue and Gary, Lexi came to us.

Being a 'youngster' of two years, Lexi has boundless energy and needed to go to a home where she was going to be able to work that off. Rebeca had contacted us earlier with regard to finding a suitable OES companion for their lab, Charlie. Perfect match! Since Charlie is also about the same age, Lexi has definitely met her match. Recent reports appear to support that the two are inseparable and Rebeca finally has her 'female' dog that she really wanted!

I'm sure we'll be hearing more about the adventures of Lexi and Charlie in the future. Many thanks to Rebeca and Jason for their providing a loving home for Lexi!
