Belou came to Tarheel OES Rescue as an owner turn in. With a very small yard and very little time to spend with Belou, his owner made the very selfless decision that Belou needed to be with a family that would give him the attention and love he needed.

Janet and Keith had been petitioning TOESR for quite some time, wanting to give that 'special dog' a loving home. We felt that this was a perfect match. Belou would have a large and safe area to play and a family that would give him all the attention he could want.

Belou is doing extremely well, and Janet is on record saying, 'you'd never know he's not been our dog from the beginning'!
