Ralph, aka, Marley, was an owner turn in from the Charlotte area. He was a wonderful foster dog & it didn't take long to find Marley a home with Bob & Betty Tumey, who are prior adoptees with TOES & own Milo as well. Thanks to the Tumeys for giving so many of our dogs a wonderful home!
