Sadie - Adopted!

Tarheel OES Rescue received a call for help from a shelter in WV. Yet another owner had made the decision to release their OES, and to top it off, the young female had tested positive for heartworms. After setting up a transport with a compassionate volunteer in the area, Shiloh made her way down to NC via Brenda and Tammy. Once in the area, Sue Dean became the foster home for this little girl.

Everyone that came into contact with Shiloh absolutely loved her. After coming through her heartworm treatments, we began the process of determining a new home for Shiloh. Several families were considered but the best home was determined to be with Carolin.

After visiting with her extensively, it was definitely love on both sides. We receive regular reports regarding Shiloh (who's now known as Sadie) and her antics and I'm told that she brings a smile to Carolin's face every day. What more could you ask for in a canine companion?

Thanks to Brenda, Tammy and Sue for the great job in helping Sadie find her forever home!
